R2T - DEDICATED EMPLOYMENT AGENCY SYSTEM
For one of the largest employment agencies in Paris and the Île-de-France region, we created a comprehensive system for managing all organizational processes. This system includes customer relationship management, recruitment processes, project management, document circulation, payments, and settlements. Thanks to this solution, operational efficiency significantly increased, many processes were automated, new standards introduced, and operational costs reduced. The system contains modules for clients and candidates and connects with external recruitment portals, transferring many operations to third parties. The Coblit project included analysis, environment construction, design, software development, testing, and implementation in the organization along with training.
SIGNSAFE – REMOTE DOCUMENT SIGNING SYSTEM
Coblit developed SignSafe, an innovative method for quick and secure collection of signatures on PDF documents. Our solution enables the sending of documents for remote signing by clients, employees, and contractors through manual signing on a smartphone screen. SignSafe offers both remote and local signature support, providing an eco-friendly, paperless alternative. Additionally, the system is easy to integrate with existing business systems such as CRM, ERP, or invoicing systems.
FUNDACJA KONSUMENTÓW – ANDROID AND iOS MOBILE APPLICATION
Coblit developed an Android and iOS mobile application for reporting all kinds of social and consumer issues, used by non-profit organizations in Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia. The application allows citizens to report unfair consumer practices and other complaints. It also offers sections with news for consumers and reports. The application manager has web access to manage notifications, users, and adding news and reports.
KADO Hostess - remote contract signing
Coblit developed a solution for a prestigious Paris-based hostess agency, enabling hostesses to remotely sign contracts using a mobile app. The challenges of time constraints, logistical hassles, and the need to sign a contract before commencing work were effectively resolved. Our innovative approach eliminated long-standing complications, allowing the agency to be flexible and efficient in contract management.
CLOSER TO THE PATIENT MOBILE APPLICATION ANDROID AND iOS
Coblit created mobile and web applications for its client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, supporting patients' daily pharmacological treatment. The application supports patients by displaying medication recommendations using pictograms, medication reminders, and educational materials. In this project, we were responsible for the entire implementation—from analysis, through environment development, software development, and implementation within the client's organization.
Good Luck Club - settlement system
Coblit created a revenue and expense accounting system for one of the fastest-growing sports centers in northern Poland. This system enables the recording of financial transactions within the organization, quick and easy searches for financial information, analysis of account balances, review of financial cooperation with contractors/collaborators, and financial control at the departmental or organization-wide level. Coblit was responsible for the analysis, environment development, design, software development, testing, and implementation of the system, including training.
Glinno - problem and improvement management in the organization
Coblit created a web platform for a Polish startup that enables problem management and implementation of improvements within the organization. The application helps leverage employee potential and implement new improvements within the company. In the Coblit project, he was responsible for analysis, environment creation, graphic design, software development, testing, and application implementation in the client's environment.
CANNAHELP - Medical Marijuana Card Management System
Coblit developed a web platform for a pioneering medical marijuana company in Poland, enabling management of medical marijuana cards and users, as well as easy license verification by security services, the police, and others. The system was integrated with the pharmacy system, automatically reflecting purchased products on the patient's card. The project included analysis, environment creation, design, software development, testing, and implementation within the organization, along with training.
Training platform - WEB application
Coblit has developed a training/course platform that allows you to create courses with video content and closed-ended questions. The system automatically calculates whether the user has achieved the appropriate level to pass the exam. Upon successful course completion, the platform automatically generates a certificate based on the uploaded template, simplifying and streamlining the certification process.
SLESHY - a marketplace combining social media with e-commerce
Coblit designed Sleshy, an innovative platform that combines social media with e-commerce. Sleshy offers tools for selling products and services on a commission basis, influencers earning revenue from sales, and access for social media users to inspiration and the best deals. The solution is available for both mobile and web platforms. Coblit was responsible for the entire project, from analysis to market implementation.
LIFT - social mobile app
Coblit developed the Lift app, which promotes physical activity and enables people to build new relationships. Users can combine their sporting passions, meet new people, and spend their time actively. Lift offers a variety of sports, allowing users to join existing sporting events, and create their own. The app is available for Android and iOS on Google Play and the App Store.
Konsumersi.pl - consumer support platform
Coblit was created by Konsumersi.pl, a website run by the Consumer Foundation. This platform facilitates dialogue between companies and customers, enabling amicable dispute resolution. Users can send emails directly to companies to quickly resolve issues, contributing to the company's positive reputation and highlighting the quality of their customer service.
Pakuvision - a mobile app for setting and achieving goals
Coblit created the PakuVision mobile app, which helps you set and achieve your goals. It includes features for motivation, task assignment, time planning, habit formation, and progress monitoring, based on the SMART method and graphical visualization with reminders. Ideal for those striving for success in business, sports, academics, and personal life, PakuVision utilizes goal mobilization and achievement techniques used by experts in various fields.
Beepsy - touch panel for placing orders (AVAILABILITY+)
Coblit developed Beepsy, an innovative touchscreen panel that facilitates ordering products and services, adapted to various social groups. The panel offers adjustable height, is adapted for deaf people, and facilitates communication for visually impaired and blind people. Coblit was responsible for both software development and the design and implementation of the device (hardware), making Beepsy a universal tool in any industry.
Law firm
Coblit has created the PROJEKT KANCELARIA PRAWNA web application, an advanced tool for scraping information from the bankier.pl forum. This application allows users to search posts to detect and report illegal content, supporting the efforts of our client, who specializes in removing undesirable online content. With this tool, companies can effectively protect their image from hate and image crises. Coblit also plans future integration with AI chat GPT and other modern technologies to further expand the application's functionality.
