Ticket sales, events and settlements in one system — an event platform with KSeF

Evenado combines ticket sales, event management and settlements in one system — with Tpay, PayU and Stripe payments and invoices in KSeF.

About the project

Evenado

We designed and delivered an end-to-end event platform — from product concept and UX/UI to development and roll-out — covering the whole process from publishing an event to settling it.

The outcome at a glance

  • A fully fledged event platform
  • Simpler event organisation
  • Online ticket sales
  • Automated payments and invoicing
  • A multi-organiser model ready to scale

Project journey

From challenge to success

Problem

Event organisers use many tools at once: separate ticketing systems, payments that don't suit the organiser, manual invoicing and scattered attendee management.

  • Separate systems for ticket sales
  • No payments tailored to the organiser
  • Manual invoicing
  • No consistent management of events and attendees

Cost of the problem

Every day without a solution meant more manual work, slower service and missed opportunities.

  • No control over sales and finances
  • Time-consuming event administration
  • Risk of errors in settlements
  • Limited ability to scale events

Solution

We designed and delivered an end-to-end event platform — from product concept and UX/UI to development and roll-out — covering the whole process from publishing an event to settling it.

  • Creating and publishing events
  • Online ticket sales
  • Attendee management
  • Admin panel for organisers
  • Payment integrations
  • Automatic invoicing in KSeF (Poland's national e-invoicing system)

Business results

After the rollout, the client had a working solution that took over work previously done by hand.

  • A fully fledged event platform
  • Simpler event organisation
  • Online ticket sales
  • Automated payments and invoicing
  • A multi-organiser model ready to scale

Key value

What really makes the difference

The organiser's own payments

  • Tpay
  • PayU
  • Stripe
  • Other payment providers

Each organiser has their own payment configuration and full control over the flow of funds.

Invoicing in KSeF

  • Integration with KSeF
  • Invoices issued on the organiser's side
  • Automated document processes

Event distribution

  • Sharing on social media
  • Easy linking to events
  • Ready for marketing activities

Summary

The project shows how to combine event organisation, ticket sales and settlements in a single, coherent product instead of scattered tools.

Who it’s for

Who this kind of solution helps most

We see similar challenges in many companies. If you recognise yourself in this list, this project shows what we can do for you too.

  • Concert and festival organisers
  • Training and conference companies
  • Sports clubs and competition organisers
  • Theatres, cinemas and community cultural centres
  • Universities and student organisations
  • Start-ups building SaaS platforms

Why it works

5 reasons why this solution works

I want a similar solution
  1. One system instead of several

Publishing the event, ticket sales, attendees and settlements are in one place, which speeds up event administration.

  2. Money goes to the organiser

Each organiser has their own payment configuration (Tpay, PayU, Stripe) and full control over the flow of funds.

  3. Invoices without manual work

Automatic invoicing in KSeF reduces the risk of errors in settlements.

  4. Easy event promotion

Social media sharing and simple linking support marketing and ticket sales.

  5. Ready for more organisers

The multi-organiser model lets the platform scale as a SaaS product.

How we ran the project

From analysis to ongoing development — one partner at every stage

This is how we worked together on the Evenado project: from understanding the processes, through wireframes and architecture, to rollout and further development.

  1. Analysis and workshops with the client’s team

We talk to the people who will use the system. We map out how processes work today, where time and money are being lost, and how they should work a year from now, once the company has grown.

    In this project
    • We analysed how organisers currently combine several tools for tickets, payments and invoices
    • We planned a multi-organiser model for a SaaS product
    What you gain

We build what solves a real problem — not a list of features nobody will use.

  2. UX/UI mock-ups and prototype

We design screens and user journeys in Figma and test a clickable prototype with future users before the first line of code is written.

    In this project
    • In Figma, we designed the ticket purchase path and the organiser panel
    What you gain

You see and test the solution at the outset — changes to a mock-up cost a fraction of changes to a finished system. You can order the analysis and mock-ups as a separate stage.

  3. Technology selection and architecture

We choose technologies to match the goal, the budget and the systems already running in the company. We design the architecture, integrations and data security so that the system can grow together with the business.

    In this project
    • An architecture with per-organiser payment configuration (Tpay, PayU, Stripe) and KSeF integration
    Technologies in this project
    • Web application
    • Payment integrations
    • KSeF
    What you gain

No costly rework a year later — the system is ready for more users, more data and new features.

  4. Building in stages

We work in short stages and show a working version every few weeks. We launch the features that deliver the biggest savings first.

    In this project
    • Event publishing, ticket sales, attendee list
    • Admin panel and automatic invoicing
    What you gain

You have constant visibility of progress, a say in the direction and see the first results sooner.

  5. Testing, deployment and training

We test the system, migrate the data, launch it in the production environment and train the team in day-to-day use.

    In this project
    • We launched a fully fledged end-to-end event platform
    What you gain

A smooth start without downtime — from day one the team knows how to work in the new system.

  6. Support and development after launch (SLA)

After launch we monitor operation, respond to tickets under the SLA and extend the system with further features and automations.

    In this project
    • The platform is the foundation for developing the SaaS product and onboarding more organisers
    What you gain

One partner from idea to ongoing development — you are never left alone with the system.
