Analysis and workshops with the client’s team
We talk to the people who will use the system. We map out how processes work today, where time and money are being lost, and how they should work a year from now, once the company has grown.

UX/UI mock-ups and prototype
We design screens and user journeys in Figma and test a clickable prototype with future users before the first line of code is written.
What you gainYou see and test the solution at the outset — changes to a mock-up cost a fraction of changes to a finished system. You can order the analysis and mock-ups as a separate stage.
Technology selection and architecture
We choose technologies to match the goal, the budget and the systems already running in the company. We design the architecture, integrations and data security so that the system can grow together with the business.

Building in stages
We work in short stages and show a working version every few weeks. We launch the features that deliver the biggest savings first.

Questions about working together
What does working with Coblit look like?
Six steps: analysis and workshops with your team, UX/UI wireframes and prototype, technology choice and architecture, development in stages, testing with deployment and training, and after launch, support and further development under an SLA. You have one partner throughout the project.
Will I see the system before any code is written?
Yes. We design wireframes and a clickable UX/UI prototype in Figma that you can test with your team before development begins.
Can analysis and wireframes be ordered separately?
Yes. Process analysis and UX/UI wireframes can be a separate first stage with its own quote. You get a description of the processes, the scope and a clickable prototype — and only then decide on development.
Who owns the code?
It depends on the project and the contract: we work either under a licence model or with a transfer of the economic copyrights to the code. Each model has a different price.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. For example: we deployed the settlement system for Good Luck Club in a few weeks, the ASIRE medical package sales platform in about 2 months, and the LIFT and PakuVision mobile apps in less than 6 months.
Will you take over a system built by another company?
Yes. We take over the development and maintenance of existing systems, improve their performance, architecture and security, and extend them with new modules — as we did with the Ploner system.
Where does a project start?
With process analysis — how the company works today and how it should work a year from now. We talk to the people who will use the system and work out where time and money are being lost.
How often will I see progress?
We work in stages and show a working version every few weeks. We launch the features that save the most first.
How much does a project cost?
From a few thousand PLN for simpler projects to around PLN 1 million for complex systems. We give a quote after the analysis, broken down into stages.
Who chooses the technology?
We match the technology to the goal, the budget and the systems already running in your company. If you have your own IT department or standards, we adapt to them.
Do you provide support after deployment?
Yes. We maintain systems under an SLA — monitoring, incident handling, feature development and further automation. This is how we develop, among others, the OpfarmSoftNova pharmaceutical system.
