Which systems do you integrate with?
Practically any that offer an API or data exchange — medical systems (e.g. myDr), HR and payroll, ERP, CRM, online shops, payment providers, SMS gateways and KSeF. When a system can't be connected directly, we build an intermediate layer.
Can you connect two systems from different vendors?
Yes. That's the most common situation. If the systems have APIs, we connect them directly; if not, we build an intermediate data exchange layer.
What if one of the systems has no API?
Then we build a secure data exchange layer, for example via files, a database or interface automation.
Who makes sure the integration keeps working?
We can maintain the integration as part of ongoing support — with monitoring and error notifications.
