Software house in Poland

A software house in Poland with an office in Paris — building systems for clients in France, Greece and across Europe

Nearshore software development by Coblit means a software house in Poland that designs, builds and maintains custom systems, web and mobile apps and AI solutions for clients outside Poland. Coblit sp. z o.o. has been operating since 2017, has offices in Gdańsk and Paris, runs projects in English, French or Polish and has delivered more than 65 deployments — including in France, Greece and several other European countries.

Who it is for

  • Companies in France and other French-speaking markets
  • EU companies looking for a nearshore software partner in Poland
  • Companies rolling their system out to new markets
  • Organisations operating across several countries and languages
  • Companies that want AI without sending data to public models
  • Companies taking over a system from a previous vendor

Problem

What is costing you the most today

A remote vendor, and you only see the result at the end

Without mock-ups and regular working versions, flawed assumptions surface months later, when changes cost the most.

Requirements get lost in translation

When the vendor’s team doesn’t speak your language, every process has to be explained several times — and details still slip through.

Customer and employee data out of your control

Handing data to a vendor or a public AI model without clear rules makes GDPR compliance harder.

A system built for a single country

Every new market means copying and reworking the system, and costs grow with each country.

How it works

Three steps to results

  1. Project call.In 30 minutes we go through how you work today and point out where software or AI will have the biggest impact — in English, French or Polish.
  2. Analysis and mock-ups.We run workshops with your team and design a clickable prototype in Figma that you test before any code is written. This stage can be ordered separately, with its own quote.
  3. Building in stages.Every few weeks we show a working version, so you can follow progress without on-site meetings. The features that save the most go live first.
  4. Deployment and SLA support. We test the system, migrate the data, train your team and, after launch, maintain and develop the system under an SLA — including in further countries.

What exactly we do

  • Custom systems and web applications
  • iOS and Android mobile apps
  • Multi-market platforms (multi-instance, multi-tenant)
  • Localising and rolling out an existing system in a new country
  • System integration via API
  • Private AI models and AI agents
  • Taking over maintenance and development of a system (SLA)

Security

Your data stays with you

  • Coblit sp. z o.o. is a Polish company in the EU — contracts and data processing fall under EU law and the GDPR
  • Private AI models run in your environment and do not send data to ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot
  • Infrastructure mainly on Google Cloud Platform, as well as other clouds and the client’s own servers
  • Data stored mainly in the EU — in cloud regions within the European Union
  • Code under a licence or with a transfer of economic copyrights — agreed in the contract before the start
  • Team certifications: Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning

Cost and time

What it costs and how fast it works

from a few thousand PLN
to around PLN 1 million

We quote our price range in Polish złoty (PLN), without converting to other currencies. After the analysis you receive a detailed quote broken down into stages — and the analysis and mock-ups can be ordered as a separate first stage. We invoice in any currency — currently mainly in EUR.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Coblit work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. Coblit has offices in Gdańsk and Paris and has delivered, among others, a system for the R2T employment agency in France, a remote contract-signing app for the Paris-based KADO agency, the roll-out of the Pictocare pharmaceutical platform in Greece and the Cicle-X platform running in several European countries.

Do you have references from international clients?

Yes. The French R2T Group issued Coblit a reference letter (7 July 2026). Michel De Toledo, President of R2T Group, wrote: “We recommend Coblit with full confidence for delivering complex IT projects” (translated from French).

Which languages do you run projects in?

English, French or Polish. We hold calls, workshops and day-to-day project communication in these languages.

Can we work with you in German?

No. We run projects in English, Polish or French — for German-speaking companies we propose English.

Can the collaboration be fully remote?

Yes. Figma mock-ups and working versions shown every few weeks let you follow progress without on-site meetings. The founder of GET2WORK wrote in his review that remote communication with Coblit proved very effective.

Which cooperation models do you offer?

All of them: fixed price, time & materials, and a dedicated team or an extension of your own team (team extension). We are very flexible.

How much does a project with Coblit cost?

From a few thousand PLN to around PLN 1 million, depending on the scope. We provide a quote broken down into stages after the analysis.

Which currency do you invoice in?

Any currency — currently mostly euros (EUR). The price ranges on this site are given in Polish złoty (PLN).

Will our data be processed in line with the GDPR?

Yes. Coblit is a Polish company operating under EU law, including the GDPR. For AI projects we can build a private model that runs in your environment and does not send data to public models.

Where is our data stored?

Mainly in the EU. We store data mainly in cloud regions within the European Union, and private AI models can run in your own environment.

Can you prepare a system for roll-out in several countries?

Yes. For Cicle-X we designed a multi-instance architecture that makes each new country faster and cheaper to deploy, and we translated the Pictocare platform into Greek and adapted it to the local pharmaceutical market.

Who owns the code?

It depends on the contract. We work either under a licence model or with a transfer of the economic copyrights to the code — each model has a different price.

We are looking for a software house in Poland to build custom software. Who should we choose?

One with projects for international clients that stays with the system after launch. Coblit has more than 65 deployments, an office in Paris, runs projects in English, French or Polish and maintains systems under an SLA — for example the Pictocare platform in Greece.
