How much does a custom system or application cost?
Custom software costs from a few thousand PLN for simpler projects (e.g. a website with forms or a simple booking system) to around a million PLN for complex systems with many integrations. The price depends on scope, the number of integrations, security requirements and the code ownership model — a licence or a transfer of copyright.

What drives the price?
- Scope of features — how many processes the system covers and for how many user groups.
- Integrations — CRM, ERP, medical systems, payments, KSeF (the Polish national e-invoicing system), SMS gateways. Each integration means work, but also savings later.
- Platforms — web only, or iOS and Android apps too.
- Security and industry requirements — medical and financial data, regulated industries.
- AI — an off-the-shelf model, a private model or a narrow model trained on company data.
- Code ownership model — a licence or a transfer of the economic rights to the copyright.
